We employ carefully selected, highly skilled and experienced Site Managers who have developed from a trade background. They complement the professional staff by providing a high level of technical expertise.

 

Directly Employed Labour

In addition to Site Managers, Elite Interior Contracts employ a direct labour force consisting of joiners, ceiling fixers, partitioning joiners and enabling works operatives. These people form the backbone of every project, which in turn allows us to maintain the quality of output expected by our clients.

 

Approved Sub Contractors

Our core personnel are complemented by a select group of like minded sub contractors from other disciplines who help to ensure that we can rapidly respond to client enquiries and that quality and service are optimised on every project.

 

Health & Safety

The health, safety and welfare of our employees and sub contractors is a key part of the companies ethos and ongoing training is provided to all site operatives to ensure that risks inherent within any construction project are minimized. Elite Interior Contracts also retain the services of a professionally qualified Health & Safety consultant to ensure that the CDM Regulations and all other statutory regulations are adhered to. We are also accredited by National Britannia under their Safe Contractor scheme.
